My name is Péter Utasi. I was born in Topolya, Serbia in 1985. I currently live and work in Kishegyes. I have a degree in chemistry from the university of Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia and have taught in several high schools. I am an active member of two dance ensembles, Rizgetős from Kishegyes and Cirkalom from Topolya.
I lead and teach several children’s groups where I try to pass on a sense for the beauty and richness of life through the medium of folk dance to our youth.
I have a week spot for gastronomy which I find surprisingly like folk dance. You must add spice to make it taste good! I will be preparing meals from the Bácska (Backa) region, which are eaten at festive occasion there.
